Ramesh Haridas - Managing Partner, Russian Hill Ventures - Ramesh Haridas oversees all operational and strategic aspects of  Russian Hill Ventures - a firm providing business development services to high-tech start-ups. Previously, Ramesh founded PrivacyBank.com which was acquired by Infospace in December 2000.  Prior to that he worked in consulting at McKinsey and Company where his focus was internet strategy. He has also worked as a strategy consultant to a variety of startups in New York and Silicon Valley . Ramesh holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

Nayan V. Patel - Account Manager, Google; Director and Co-founder, Round Zero - In his present role, Nayan is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with syndication partners across Google's AdSense product line. Before Google, as part of VeriSign's Enterprise Services Group, he worked as a product manager developing solutions in the areas of access management, user provisioning, and resource control for enterprise applications. Prior to VeriSign, Nayan co-founded an ASP startup in the content management space focused on content publishing services for online publishers. As an early employee at Yahoo! Inc., Nayan held product and program management roles working on the launch of Yahoo! Classifieds as well as major distribution alliances.

As a member of IBM's Global Services group, Nayan developed Internet and enterprise applications for Fortune 500 clients. Nayan is a Founder and Director of Round Zero, a non-profit organization that brings together Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and professionals to discuss industry issues.
