Thomas Isaac - CEO
Tom has over 8 years of experience in the Information Technology field at startups as well as leading corporations such as Goldman Sachs, Viacom and EDS.  Tom's recent experience consisted of building an Internet Application Performance practice at Netgain, a New York city based startup.  Tom was one of 2 members directly responsible for growing the company from inception to a highly profitable multi-million dollar business within 2 years.  Netgain was a pioneer in its field, and its clients included companies such as Bear Stearns & Co. and Fidelity Investments.  Greenwich Technology Partners acquired the company in April 2000.   Tom also played pivotal roles in reducing operational costs significantly while increasing the scalability of technology infrastructures at Viacom, Goldman Sachs and Republic National Bank.

Mark Kasiraja - COO
Mark has over 6 years of IT experience including operational planning and management. He was most recently at Netgain, a startup that optimized Internet application performance for clients such as Bear Stearns & Co. and McKinsey & Co.  At Netgain, he led client engagements, was responsible for operational planning and also helped develop a strategy for penetrating the Internet application performance software market.  This enabled Netgain to obtain a 50% higher valuation when Greenwich Technology Partners acquired it in 1Q 2000.  Prior to Netgain, he recommended and helped implement strategies for enhancing enterprise security and software development processes at Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's Investor Services, and Nielsen Media.

Neil Denney - VP of Business Development
Neil Denney was the co-founding partner of Acasta LLC, a privately held network services company that provides pragmatic, breakthrough solutions to complex networking problems faced by Fortune 500 companies.  Prior to Acasta, Neil was a founding partner at NetGain, LLC, a privately held network services consulting and software tools company. Before the sale of the company to Greenwich Technology Partners, Neil was responsible for business development and general management growing the company from start-up to a highly profitable company with several million in revenues.  Neil also worked as a sales and marketing manager for France Telecom in New York, and British Telecom in London.
