The Esaya BrowserML™ Developer Studio (EBDS) is an easy-to-use, integrated development environment for building, testing, and deploying BrowserML™ scripts. BrowserML™ is an XML language that is designed to provide a standard way to control aspects of navigating web pages to extract and/or populate information. This allows for server based browsers to aggregate information from and disseminate information to web sites in a highly automated and large scale fashion. BrowserML™ makes it easy to rapidly create new WAP, VoiceXML and other applications and shields developers from the low level and implementation details.

Quickly build rich BrowserML™ scripts by visualizing the HTML, Forms and Tables using the integrated tools. EBDS eliminates much of the routine, hand-coding required for data extraction, site navigation and form population and has integrated debugging tools. Once your scripts are created, it is easy to deploy them using either the Esaya BrowserML™ Engine or the run them through the Esaya BrowserML™ Gateway.

Since EBDS is Java based, you can run it on Windows, Mac and POSIX compliant operating systems.
