The Esaya SyncML Server (ESS) is a server that allows you to synchronize your contacts, calendar, tasks, email and notes between your mobile devices and other applications. SyncML is an open standard for synchronization which enables information to be synchronized between a client (mobile) device and a server.

Using ESS, you can easily develop an Esaya SyncML Adaptor and integrate synchronization capabilities into your existing corporate applications. Users can then experience the flexibility of accessing or editing appointment, contact and task information in your SyncML Portal from any Internet-connected PC or device. It will then update and device and the corporate application with the latest information automatically.

Since ESS is Java based, you can run it on Windows, Mac and POSIX compliant operating systems.
